Facilitating innovation and digital transformation in SADC is a special focus of CRASA

CRASA is currently implementing the Development of IMT 2020 including 5G Technologies Deployment Roadmap Project, partnering with ITU, ICNIRP, GSMA, Ericsson and Detecon.

CRASA is currently implementing the Development of IMT 2020 including 5G Technologies Deployment Roadmap Project. The project has drawn partnership with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), International Commission on Non-Ionising Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), GSM Association (GSMA), Ericsson and Detecon.

These partnerships play a role in the provision of knowledge building towards the evolution of the mobile networks, technologies and services with special focus on the 5G technologies.

The final deliverable of the project is a Roadmap on the Deployment of IMT 2020 including 5G Technologies for SADC.
